We can provide quick loan approvals, often with reduced documentation. Business & Industry and Community Facility commercial loans do take longer due to their complexity. We meet our closing date requirements and make the entire loan process simple by keeping you informed.
We sell our residential mortgage loans to selected national investors who are some of the largest mortgage companies in the nation. We offer very competitive rates and an extensive product list including conventional (conforming and jumbo), non-conforming, FHA and VA. Our USDA Business & Industry loans and USDA Community Faciltiy loans are generally participated or facilitated with other community banks and/or commercial lenders. Additionally, we have a relationship with many other commercial niche lenders that allows us to make up to $1 million dollar small commercial mortgage loans.
